If you block inbound traffic you will need to allow our monitoring servers through your firewall.
Normally your servers will accept regular HTTP and HTTPS ports so you do not need to do whitelisting if you are suing our service just to check websites or SMTP.
You may need to configure ping services for special ports. Than you may need to whitelist our server IPs that we will be pinging your sever ports.
Our monitoring servers use the following IP addresses:
- 104.248.227.11 – New York
- 143.110.227.16 – San Francisco
- 128.199.68.173 – Singapore
- 68.183.199.165 – Toronto
- 165.22.205.26 – Amsterdam
- 46.101.10.131 – London
